The Louth Craftmark website offers you a simple and convenient way to purchase gifts for yourself or family. Any product purchased comes with the craftmakers details. Jewellery will come with a presentation box. On request, we will happily gift-wrap your purchase for that special occasion. Thank you for shopping with us on-line.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule
On receipt of payment, orders are dispatched within 5 working days if the goods are in stock. If the product requested is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date or a suitable alternative. If neither options suit we are happy to give you a full refund.
All orders are sent via registered post when under 2kg weight. Postage costs are calculated according to the total postage weight of the goods. If you require a heavy or large item to be delivered we will contact you with a price for the most suitable method of delivery.
Important: Please state clearly if the order is being sent to a name and address other than the billing address of the person ordering, as this may delay processing. Please remember to provide the billing address on your credit card as your bank will require full information for payment authorisation.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

It will be used for the sole purpose of processing your transactions with us. The information will not be used for any other purpose. The information will not be sold, traded, shared or passed under any circumstances to a third party. All On-Line Credit Card transactions are conducted on Secure Server.
Returns Policy
On receipt of goods you have a period of 7 days to change your mind. If you choose to return the goods you will receive a full refund on receipt of the returned goods, however you are liable for the cost of return. In order to qualify for a refund the goods, must be returned undamaged, in their original box with the receipt. Louth Craftmark do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return. We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Items can be returned to us within 30 days of dispatch and are eligible for a full refund, an exchange or an in-store credit to the value of the original piece. Proof of purchase must be supplied when returning goods.

Special Made-to-Order commissions and personalised items are non-returnable.
For Hygiene reasons, our refund policy does not apply to a small number of products.
