My unique range of prints are inspired by the forms and patterns in nature. The tranquility and magic of a nightscape and the details of day inspire me. I have a passion for music and like to express rhythm and expression in a visual way. I am interested in art from the early renaissance, ancient Japanese prints and high fashion magazines.
I love working with Irish linen as it is part of Ireland’s heritage, it is beautiful to look at and work with, it is strong and enduring and has a deep links with ancient history.
I set up my business in 2014. My work is hand printed using a silkscreen on to Irish linen. I source my fabrics from Ireland and use water based inks. I believe in using natural sources which are ethically produced – the integrity of natural materials is important to me. I live and work in Carlingford at the foothills of the Cooley mountains.
