I studied glass design at NCAD, graduating with honours in 1996. From there I worked in glass studios in London for a short time before winning a scholarship to continue my studies in Japan for 18 months.
I placed my focus elsewhere for several years (sometime of which I spent running the award winning Cake Couture in West St, Drogheda, which was my way of facilitating creativity in others). Recently, I have been battling an illness and the silver lining is that it has brought my focus back to being an artist. I have two current lines of exploration: The Irish countryside (watercolour and felt), and Im very excited about my range on Irish Fauna (coloured pencils). I also work to commission, with pets and buildings being the most requested themes.Share This Listing
